PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PT. BPR BANDAR JAYA CABANG PORSEA

Abstract

This study was included to explain how employee performance at PT. BPR Bandar Jaya Porsea Branch, is affected by workload, work motivation, and compensation. With 30 respondents in the sample. This research uses quantitative methods. Multiple linear regression analysis, instrument testing, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing ( t-test and F-test) using SPSS sofware. The results of regression analysis display the equation Y = 1.206 + 0.865X1 – 0.353X2 +0.391X3. Employee performance is significantly influenced by all three independent variables simultaneously. Workload, work motivation, and compensation explained 63.8% of the variation in employee performance, based on an r square value of 0.638, and other factors not discussed in this study cause continuity.
